1. Service Provider

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and:

2. Service Description

AI Budget Assistant ("Service") is a mobile application that allows you to:

• Track personal expenses and income
• Create and manage budgets
• Analyze spending patterns
• Use AI-powered features for expense entry and insights
• Track investment portfolios (Pro/Business tiers)

3. Account Registration

• You must be at least 16 years old to use this Service
• You must provide accurate information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• One person may not maintain multiple free accounts

4. Subscription Plans

Prices may vary by region and are shown in your local currency at checkout.

5. Payment Terms

• Payments are processed by Stripe
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• You can cancel anytime from Settings or your app store
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• We do not offer partial refunds for unused subscription time

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

To withdraw, contact us at perevertkinma@gmail.com with your request. We will refund you within 14 days using the same payment method.

Exception: If you have actively used the premium features during the withdrawal period, we may deduct a proportional amount for the service already provided.

7. Free Trial

• New users may receive a 7-day free trial of Pro features
• Trial converts to paid subscription unless cancelled
• Only one trial per user/device
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue trials

8. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Upload malicious content or spam
• Resell or redistribute the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service

9. Your Data

• You own the financial data you enter into the Service
• You can export your data at any time
• You can request deletion of your data and account

10. AI Features

• AI-generated insights are for informational purposes only
• AI features are not financial advice
• We do not guarantee accuracy of AI predictions
• You remain responsible for your financial decisions

11. Service Availability

• We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• We may perform maintenance with advance notice when possible
• We are not liable for losses due to service unavailability

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months
• This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer

13. Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time from Settings
• We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

14. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms with 30 days notice
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
• Material changes will be notified via email

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Polish law. For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence also apply.

EU consumers may use the Online Dispute Resolution platform.

If litigation is necessary, courts in Warsaw, Poland have jurisdiction (unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise).
