AI Budget Assistant is a personal and family finance app that brings expenses, budgets, savings goals, debts and bank import into one place, with an AI assistant that does the tedious data entry for you. Add expenses by voice or a photo of a receipt, ask questions in plain language, and share one budget with your family in real time. It works on Android and on the web, in 9 languages.

Who is behind it

The app is built and operated by MICODE sp. z o.o., a software company based in Poland (see mi-code.pl). We build practical, privacy-respecting tools that help people manage money without spreadsheets.

Our approach

We focus on three things: making data entry effortless with AI, letting families budget together in real time, and keeping your financial data private. The core features are free; advanced tools are available on Pro.
